Chocolate helps prevent complications during pregnancy
For pregnant women is helpful chocolate, as it positively affect the performance of the cardiovascular system. Such a statement made by scientists at Yale University of Connecticut, analyze its properties are among more than two thousand mothers.

Women are not harmful pampered themselves during pregnancy chocolate - this product helps prevent serious complications of childbirth. Chocolate, particularly dark, rich feature called zeobromin (theobromine), which encourages the work of the heart, relaxes muscles, increases blood vessels, reduces pain in the chest, strengthens the arteries and reduces the pressure.

It was found that women who during the first and third trimester of pregnancy consumed five or more tiles of chocolate every week, had the highest concentration zeobromina in the body and by 69% reduced risk of complications during and after childbirth. According to the doctors, zeobromin also improves blood circulation in the placenta.

However, it must be remembered that in the opinion of doctors frequent use of chocolate in women during and after pregnancy (pregnancy if the child is breastfed) may lead to the child's allergy.
